Our Return Policy
At HP Store Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item. The item must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
Eligible Items for Return
Most items are eligible for return, including:
- Laptops and notebooks
- Desktop computers
- Monitors and displays
- Printers and scanners
- Accessories (keyboards, mice, docks)
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with damaged or missing serial numbers
- Items that show signs of excessive wear or damage
- Products without original packaging and accessories
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@hpstore.pk or call us at +92-XXX-XXXXXXX within 30 days of delivery.
- Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Step 4: Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Step 5: Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RA number).
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa)
- You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed
Refund Amount
Your refund amount will be calculated as follows:
- Full Refund: If the item is returned in original condition within 30 days
- Partial Refund: If the item shows signs of use but is still in resalable condition
- No Refund: If the item is damaged, missing parts, or returned after 30 days
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product:
- Contact customer service to request an exchange
- Return the original item following the return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
- We will process your refund for the returned item once received
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for free return shipping
- You may choose a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective/Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Free Shipping Orders: Original shipping cost may be deducted from refund
